At CellsDividing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
